Great tour, and in French because my parents don't speak english that well. We really appreciated Salma's knowledge, kindness, patience and her time ! This tour is quite interesting for those who want to better understand the political and societal aspects of Egypt and specially Cairo, giving you a glimpse of another Egypt, different from classical touristic tours. Be aware that the tour follows some busy and noisy roads with lotq of trafic (sorry for your lungs), but Salma found some stops for us to better hear her. They also adapted the time for us to avoid the heat which is highly recommanded !

Ardra gave an excellent tour that left me with a comprehensive understanding of Indonesia’s political history and current realities. The depth his knowledge was truly impressive, and I appreciated his willingness to entertain any and all questions as well as tailor content to my particular interests! He also left me with recommended materials so that I can continue learning about the rich Indonesian context. For anyone interested in not just visiting but attempting to understand Indonesia today, this tour is for you!

Not your average city-walking tour. Truly an insider's guide to the stormy political history of the modern nation of Greece and the local politics of Athens. It's like an on-the-move economics and political science lecture, illustrated by the neighborhoods around you as you pass through them. Really breaks down a complicated story over the 2 hours, in an engaging and accessible way. Most tourists probably come to Athens interested in "ancient Greece" but its recent history is both important and fascinating! I learned a LOT and really appreciated the rest of my trip to Greece so much more.

Great tour. Gustavo was extremely knowledgeable and able to embark with you on any topic you had questions on. The tour itself held much intriguing information about the history of mexico. He was amazingly patient when my transport took forever and waited. Had even water and a snack for me. Worth it.
