Isaac is passionate about political Athens, feels like he knows everything and on his tour he succeeds in explaining the context of the last 200 years. The tour was entertaining and engaging from the start. Funny and amazing at the same time. I understood the big picture and the small details of the financial crisis and the Greek mentality. Amazing tour for those visiting Greece! Isaac is very knowledgeable educated in Greek social and political affairs. He provided a great informative and in depth tour, that was personalized to what the group was interested in.

Interesting tour.. got an overview of the history and political climate in Greece and got to see some of the challenges and struggles of modern greek society. Not your typical tourist tour, which I like personally

Could not have found a better experience to take immediately after the touristy Agora and other areas of Athens. Reading about the migrant crisis and politics in Greece is one thing but having such an informative guide to shed light on heavy topics via personal stories and nuanced opinions really brought out the reality of modern Athens. Isaac was a great host who was able to answer questions insightfully and with context to the guests backgrounds, all while keeping the pace moving well.
Isaac does an amazing job of explaining the very complicated political and social history of Greece. I learned so much. He is thorough, thoughtful and imaginative in his telling. He uses landmarks well as a backdrop to the various stories. I highly recommend this tour.
