Ardra was superb. He communicated ahead of the meeting time, he was very friendly, passionate, highly knowledgeable, entertaining, informative, open to and encouraging of questions, interested in politics of other countries too, and highly engaging. I honestly could have listened to him speak all day because what he said and how he said it was so interesting. He pointed out interesting symbols and characteristics and explained their significance, i highly recommend this tour if you want to know about Indonesia’s political history and social history, national identity and all its complexities. Again, Ardra was superb. Exceptional. Well worth the time.

Ardra, our guide, was incredibly earnest and seemed intimately familiar with the history and social fabric of his city. Compared to past tours I've been on, this one struck me as a rather candid and unflinching look into a society, through the lens of someone with a firm stake in it. I just wish I had asked more questions and stayed for longer 😆 highly recommend!

Really, really good tour. Gustavo's insight was so valuable, and he is an excellent guide. It gave me a much deeper understanding of Mexico City's history and contemporary issues. I could have spent all day walking around the city listening to his insight. 100% recommend.I also did the same walk in Athens. Also fantastic.
