The guide was very knowledgeable and provided a very informative tour. I have spent about a year in Buenos Aires and know a lot about Argentine history, and this was still a great learning experience. I recommend it.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Mexico City! Gustavo was an incredible guide, and gave the tour we would love to have in every city. He gave us the historical, political, and social background we needed to get to know the city and have a better understanding of the dynamics at play for the rest of our time there. We learned so much and yet somehow stayed engaged for the whole nearly three hours we were with Gustavo. He answered all of our many questions with no end of information and took us to places we would never even have known to seek out. We especially appreciated the broad range of issues he incorporated in the tour, from indigenous rights to ecology to modern politics. We could not recommend this tour more strongly—a true gem!
A tour that gets into the politics and economics of Argentina. Definitely get this if you want that in depth knowledge.

Alex is a foreigner with an impressive understanding of both world and local history and politics. Throughout the tour, he showed genuine curiosity and deep appreciation for Manila’s culture and people. He’s very respectful, easy to talk to, and engages thoughtfully with everyone he meets. I highly recommend Alex for any foreigner visiting Manila who wants meaningful insights and an authentic local experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. I have done a number of walking tours before (including in CDMX), and this one so unique and thought provoking. Gustavo, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about the topics we covered and could address every question we had. On a personal level, he also was gracious, engaging, highly personable, and just a great guy to spend 2.5 hours with. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking to understand Mexico on a deeper level, beyond just the typical tourist highlights.
