This was a knock out of the park. If you're looking to see a more authentic side to mexico city this is the tour to take. Gustavo has curated an excellent landscape on the people's past, current and future struggles within mexican, or more specifically, mexico citys people. I was left in shock and in some of things that were put into light. if you like exploring the more obscure parts of life. this is the tour for you!

This political and social tour by Gustavo was truly excellent! I was a bit worried beforehand that it might steer clear of more controversial topics, but I was more than pleasantly surprised at how frank and thorough it was. As someone with substantial prior knowledge of Mexico, I learned an enormous amount about an impressive range of issues about Mexico's and Mexico City's social and political reality. I learned more in those three hours than in the rest of my weeklong stay in the City. On top of that, Gustavo is an excellent, well organized, and very personable communicator. I can't recommend this tour and Gustavo highly enough.
We booked this to gain a deeper understanding of Mexico at the start of our trip and this tour did not disappoint. Gustavo was a friendly guide with so much knowledge. He gave really clear descriptions of Mexico’s current and former political landscape and took us to some very interesting places we wouldn’t have visited ourselves. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn more than is given on an average tour!
