If interested in the political history of Bolivia this tour is a must! Kevin explained everything super clearly, was engaging, very knowledgeable and a super nice person. He encouraged us to ask questions and made sure we were following and understood everything.

The BEST tour to understand Athens and Greece. A great mix of history, culture, political drama and great storytelling! Isaac has put together a very thoughtful tour that you absolutely could not get from a book or from other tours. You won't visit the Acropolis, but you WILL leave with a strong understanding of Greece... plus explore some parts of Athens that tourists rarely see!

If you're hoping to get a handle on modern Greek politics (and that history that led to it), look no further! Isaac's tour addresses not only the origin of the modern Greek state, but also the social and political forces that led to Greece's inclusion in the EU and the complicated relationship Greece has with that membership. Isaac also did a great job connecting the content to my own baseline knowledge and experiences in a way that made the information "click" even more. Especially recommended for history buffs and those who want to dive deep!
With excellent command of English, Kevin shared in-depth knowledge and thoughtful reflections of Bolivia's history and politics. He was also attentive and kind to answer our questions and guide us through busy areas. We recommend!

What an interesting experience this political and social tour of La Paz allows you to better understand the history of Bolivia and its current situation, which we generally ignore in Europe. I loved this country even more, which was able to push McDonald’s and other Kentucky fried chicken outside its borders. Kevin’s narration is captivating and peppered with anecdotes. We feel that he is involved and answers questions perfectly. I highly recommend this experience to travel smarter.
