I learned so much on this tour - Isaac expertly traced modern Greek politics, economics, and social relations to the history of the colonisation of Greece and the different ruling empires (the Ottomans, the Byzantines) through the centuries. Isaac told some fascinating anecdotes and presented the complexity of each situation, and the perspectives of different groups. I really appreciated that. This was a fascinating introduction to Athens and I would recommend this tour to anyone with an interest in politics/economics. I had a fun and fascinating experience! I loved it.

What an insightful tour that showed us a different side of Athens. We left with a deeper understanding of the intricacies of Greece, the people here (greeks, migrants etc.) and much food for thought. Highly recommended if you want to know Greece at a deeper level and beyond just the touristy stuff.

Isaac is friendly & humorous. Was an interesting & insightful tour to know more about the history, politics & lifestyle of refugees in Athens. Bonus points for the food recommendations!

This was a really amazing experience thanks to the passion and engaging style of Isaac. I enjoyed his wide expanse of knowledge and his ability to structure the information in a thoughtful and interesting way. I learnt so much and Isaac even stayed around after the tour to respond to the questions that the group had. He has definitely opened my eyes and left me lots of food for thought with regard to Greek politics!
