We had high expectations given the great reviews Issac already got, but it still exceeded our expectations. Issac is a great storytelling, packaging facts in a really engaging way. And humourous. Highly recommend!

This was an incredible experience… walking through the political landmarks of the city with Isaac’s story telling of the past seamlessly interwoven with its impact on current day affairs… I was very happy that I chose this tour… Isaac was able to effortlessly draw parallels to my own country and the dynamics back home to make the tour more interesting and enjoyable.. would highly recommend this! This was a really interesting and worthwhile tour to do. Isaac is very personable and clearly has a wealth of knowledge to share on all the topics he touches upon. I really liked the flow of the tour: from being surrounded by institutional buildings to steadily progressing into more alternative and bohemian parts of the city - it felt like a well curated tour at a fitting pace. A great insight into modern Greece, especially in terms of its more recent history. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tour that involves more than the main tourist highlights; especially if you have an interest in politics and sociology, Isaac is a great tour guide for you.

Isaac is an engaging and wonderful storyteller. He wove together information across the past and present in a very interesting manner. There were also parallels drawn which helped us relate and understand situations better. This was an offbeat and not a standard quintessential “tourist” experience; an eye opening one that made us notice even small happenings on the street with a new understanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this walk.
