Friendly and easy-going. No matter where your interests lie, Mar'ie would make sure you have a pleasant experience. Quite unique on the political/social niche in Jakarta.

I can only recommend this tour. It was very interesting to spend three hours intensively learning about the politics and social situation in Sri Lanka. The walk to the convention center was also very impressive, we were even able to go inside. Simply great.

As a Serbian, Alex provided an outsider’s perspective into the social and political situation in the Filipino society, which is interesting, and honestly, can possibly see through the blind spots locals cannot see.

Our host Chami, was an absolute charm. She explained everything is such great detail, we absolutely loved it. In a matter of just 3hours, the amount of knowledge we have gained is commendable. We walk out with nothing but a heart full of hope and empathy for the people of Lanka. Highly recommend everyone visiting Colombo to take this walk tour.

Alex is a great guide, shared his personal insights and knowledgeable about the Philippines. The walk itself is really a walk, which you and Alex would walk around upper east of Makati and chat, rather than a very touristy "check this out". Of course, he will name the numerous noticable/significant buildings and area along the walk. You will also spending some time sitting near by a river which is nice considering the Philippines heat. Alex is also a very personable person. There are pre-structured topics that he will cover, but also personalize based on the audiences' backgrounds and situation. Overall, I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience Makati differently or just meet a new friend.
