Walking with Lila and listening to her tell us about the history of her city was very nice: we heard a very interesting insight into the history of the last years of Argentina that we could hardly have experienced as simple tourists. The activity is absolutely recommended!

Gustavo is an incredible tour guide who has a deep knowledge and passion for the history of Mexico City and the politics that shaped it. We learned so much in the 2hrs we spent walking together. He answered all our questions (and we had many!) and gave us so much to think about. Deeply researched it almost felt like we were in a documentary. This tour was elucidating and important. I had a wonderful time on the tour. Learned a lot about sociology/political history of Brazil and not the typical and somewhat boring textbook trivia you are taught in school. Brazil has a layered history and I was so happy to understand it more with the help of a kind and knowledgable local.

Anyone interested in politics and history should take this tour! An excellent view into current issues facing Mexico City and a chance to see parts of the city outside of typical tourist areas. Gustavo was a wonderful guide, super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour!
