We took a walk with Mar'ie and had a very pleasant time. We learnt a lot about Jakarta and Indonesia. Mar'ie had perfect English and explained everything with interest and intelligence. The tour was a really personalised discussion and we are really glad we took this experience.

Our guide, Marco, took us on a thrilling tour of Centro - a place few visitors ever see. It was a fascinating mix of landmarks and sites through which he told the tale of Rio’s beginnings, its successes and struggles, and its current revitalization efforts. Marco has deep knowledge and understanding of the political, economic, legal and cultural forces that shape the city and country, and he organizes the information and the tour wonderfully. He even brought a little samba and some show business to our evening. It far exceeded our expectations. Fantastic tour. Definitely go if you can!
