I had read very positive reviews about Isaac's tour, but was still pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable it was. Isaac is a great narrator and his dry sense of humour added fun and charm to some very interesting and serious topics. He knows his stuff and is able to connect relevant periods of Greek and regional history together in such a way that it explains so much - all in a few hours without overloading the guests. I highly recommend this tour and if I hadn't been leaving the next day, I would have definitely taken another of his tours in Athens.
Issac gave a thoughtful & provoking tour while remaining objective. He is well versed with the non-touristy parts of Athens & was eager to share his knowledge on the ongoing struggle of the migrant population. Excellent tour for those wanting a real-life experience.

It’s a MUST do!! Was literally jaw dropping at some of the information he shared. Great history story telling. Replies messages in a jiffy even if it’s late at night. Definitely will go for his other tours the next time I’m here!

Isaac was lovely. He's very warm and friendly and a great storyteller. I learned a lot about the Greek mindset based on its social and political history. Isaac is very good at connecting the dots and linking things to the audience's personal experiences. Would highly recommend it.

Isaac's walking tour was certainly one of the highlights of our stay in Athens! Isaac is very knowledgeable and communicated the complexity of the origins of modern Greece and contextualized how far right/left have come about through great storytelling and enthusiasm. Highly recommend this walking tour and would say it's not to be missed if you're interested in modern Greece and politics. The pace was easy going and we came away with a greater and deeper understanding of Greece.
