This fantastic tour by Isaac took our visit to Athens to the next level. In contrast to the breathtaking antiquities and exciting food and drink scene, Isaac showed us a controversial side of this non-orderly city during a pleasant walk through very intriguing places, accompanied by his well thought and passionate narrative about Athenian and Greek socio-political peculiarities. In short, besides the classics, the tour by Isaac is the best exploration experience to do in Athens!

Maria is an exceptional tour guide and you can definitely tell she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the topics she speaks about. I had such an enjoyable time discussing her personal opinion about Greek politics and history. She is also a very exceptional activist, which makes her tour far more insightful than the generic tourist tours that drive you around the landmarks. I hope to catch her LGBTQ tour of Athens before I leave. Thank you again!

Mary has a great storytelling ability and pulls you into the atmosphere of the LGBTQ movement’s past and present, syncing key points with the actual places on the walk. Highly recommended for members of the community and allies alike, but also for all those who wish to learn about the point of view of marginalised communities.
