Wow - what an education! I highly recommend taking a walking tour with Isaac. We spent 3 hours learning about the historical context of politics in Greece and how this history is reverberating today with it’s neighbors (Albania, Turkey) and why the economy is so fraught with corruption. We also learned a great deal about the recent past political players, the complex relationship of The Church/State, and the grievances of everyday Greeks.

Isaac has given us a tour full of anecdotes that we would never have thought of or discovered on a normal tour of Athens. It is a super alternative tour. It was like being in a report that you could only see on TV. He opens your eyes to details you didn't understand before.
