We found this tour fascinating and insightful. Isaac has knowledge and understanding and imparts it in an engaging manner, we enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about tracing Greece’s turbulent history, of which we were mostly unaware, would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed this tour with Isaac! He was easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. I’ve always been interested in social and political issues and he very thoughtfully walked me through the social and political history of Greece. I left the time with a much better understanding of historical and current events in the region. You learn many things that aren’t easily found on Google as well. It’s like reading a book on the region with Q&A available. Highly recommend!
For the average tourist, when we think of Greece, we think of ancient ruins and beautiful islands. We don't think too much about modern Greece. So grateful we booked this tour to complement our tour of Ancient Athens ... we learned so much about modern Greece and Athens, the financial crisis, and the challenges facing the country today.
